Jonathan A. Jacoby is a principal and a research analyst in the Equity Research Department at Banc of America Securities LLC, where he covers Radio and Television Broadcasting companies.
In 2005, Institutional Investor ranked Jacoby third on the "All-America Research Team" for his coverage of the Radio and Television Broadcasting industry. Earlier, in 2002, he was named a member of the magazine's "Next Generation of Analysts."
Previously, Jacoby was a senior research analyst at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey. Before picking up coverage of the Radio and Television Broadcasting sector, he was a member of Suntrust's award-winning Hardline Retail Equity Research team. He also has held positions at CIBC World Markets and Gerber Trade Finance, a subsidiary of Investec Bank.
Jacoby earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Yeshiva University and a master of business administration degree in international finance and banking from Columbia University.
